We broke our cleanse 2 days early because of our fast. Today I ate cooked food, mainly gluten-free. I feel heavy and bloated. I miss the lightness and energy that came from raw foods. I had garbanzo beans on a rice tortilla. The salad that I had, I enjoyed more than the wraps. I made banana bread, too. I mainly missed making things because fruit is really simple. It is strange because I used to really love cooked foods and now it really isn't appealing anymore. Right now I feel too full. It will probably last a long time. When I ate fruit I only felt really full for 1/2 hour. Today I even had some chocolate and I didn't really like it. That was weird. It just had this off taste to it. I don't think I want to eat it in the future. My goals are to have beautiful, clear skin and hair, weigh 120-123 pounds, have regular and normal bowel movements, have clear eyes, high levels of energy, be sickness-free, not eat gluten, not eat a lot of cooked foods, and just be happy with the food I have to eat.
After eating 100% raw this past month I know there are struggles, but I know it is the best way to eat. Plus, I love having beautiful food to look at and enjoy. This is what I want to continue.
