Almond Cookies with Coconut Cream Frosting

2 1/2 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
1/4 cup agave nectar
1 TBS vanilla
1/2 cup vegan butter or vegan cream cheese
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup dried coconut flakes
1 tsp vanilla
1. Mix everything together and divide into 2 balls. Place in wax paper and freeze for 30 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Meanwhile, mix all ingredients for icing together until it is smooth. Set aside.
3. Use 1 or 2 TBS of dough to form into cookies. Place in oven for 10-14 minutes until slightly browned. Cool for 10 minutes before icing.
