White Sauce with Noodles
1 package of your favorite gluten-free noodles
1/3 cup rice flour
1/4 cup grapeseed or coconut oil
1 tsp salt
3 cups almond or coconut milk
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1. Boil noodles as package directions instructs.
2. Meanwhile, in a pan bring the rice flour, oil and salt to a slight boil on medium heat. Then add the milk. Turn the temperature to high and bring to a boil. Once boiling reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for 7-10 minutes until thick. Next add in the spices.
3. Pour over noodles and enjoy.
