Mint Chip Milkshake
"Sweet Gratitude: A New World of Raw Desserts" by Matthew Rogers & Tiziana Alipo Tamborra
1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
3/4 cup almond milk
2 large pitted dates
15 large mint leaves
1 TBS cacao nibs
1 tsp green food (we use Vitamineral Green by HealthForce Nutritionals)
small pinch sea salt
1/2 TBS liquid vanilla
1.Start by making ice cream of your choice and freezing it until firm.
2. Blend all ingredients in recipe except the ice cream until thoroughly combined.
3. Stop blending, add the ice cream, and briefly pulse-blend until ice cream is incorporated. Over-blending will melt the ice cream and reduce the milkshake's thickness. Serve immediately and enjoy!
