My Wedding Cake
1 cup macadamia nuts
1 cup cashews
1 cup walnuts
1 tsp cardamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup dates
1. Blend all the dry ingredients in food processor until finely crumbly.
2. Add dates and blend until dough sticks together.
3. Press into a cake shape and top with a favorite icing, if desired. Enjoy!
P.S. - Difficult to get through airport security...luckily the TSA agent that stopped us only confiscated the icing.
