Taco Nut Meat
"Ani's Raw Food Essentials" by Ani Phyo
Makes: 1 cup
1 cup walnuts
1 TBS extra-virgin olive oil
1 TBS ground cumin
2 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos
1/4 tsp sea salt, or to taste
Place the walnuts in a food processor and process into small pieces. Add the remaining ingredients; pulse to mix well.
Enjoy with a romaine or cabbage leaves and your favorite taco toppings.
Will keep for 1 week in the fridge.
