Red Pepper Corn Salsa

1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup corn kernels, cut from the cob
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
1/4 cup scallions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 tsp sea salt
Mix bell pepper, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, scallions, garlic, jalapeno, and salt in a bowl.
Will keep for one day in the fridge.
